I recently have worst customer experience with COAS.
It’s been 13 days since I placed the order and everyday I hear false claims over WhatsApp that it will be delivered today. As per COAS, they are using their personal courier service but the shipment reaches nowhere and since the order is already shipped as per them, they are not issuing the refund.
From last couple of days, they are not even replying over WhatsApp channel.
Really horrible customer service at their end.

COAS got it deleted so posting again because all they do is hide genuine feedback instead of improving their service.
